The Vision Behind 4 Corners Training & Development
I first became passionate about effective communication when I discovered the importance of learning styles. Metaphorically speaking, learning styles are like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle. Each piece represents how we and others around us perceive the world as well as how we react to it. I believe that one of the most important keys to effective communication begins with a thorough understanding of ourselves first, which in turn, allows us to better connect to others on a more meaningful level. Each program I have designed has been built on this foundation.
