With 30+ years experience in financial services, a background in psychology and passion for learning and development, I’ve spent a great deal of time pondering one important question: What’s missing? On the retail side of financial services, clients continue their endless search for the right advisor. While good service and assessments in risk tolerance and investment objectives are always great places to start, they must be recognized as the starting point only. On the wholesale front, advisors also find it challenging to locate the right wholesaler(s) to partner with. Once again, while wonderful service, accurate fund information and portfolio management insights are essential, they only form a similar starting point. So, what can possibly be missing? Short answer: a lot! Whether you are a retail or wholesale financial professional, contact 4 Corners Training & Development to learn more about how our workshops and coaching sessions will strengthen relationships between yourselves and your clients.
